Just ahead of BPR’s 14-year anniversary, the team continues to add new and engaging clients to our restaurant and hospitality-focused portfolio. We’re busy preparing for the upcoming opening of a dog-friendly coworking community, a new grab-and-go offering at Denver International Airport and one of Denver’s most buzz-worthy restaurant expansions. BPR also continues to expand work in the Southwest with two notable clients.

Go Lake Havasu

Known as “Arizona’s West Coast,” Lake Havasu City is situated on the eastern shore of Lake Havasu on the Colorado River border of California and Arizona, and is within driving distance of major cities including Phoenix, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The area attracts 835,000 visitors annually with its historic London Bridge, pristine lake, friendly community, abundant sunshine, annual events and wide range of restaurants and lodging. Additionally, more than 400 miles of stunning coastline offer exceptional watersports, including fishing, skiing, kayaking and house boating.

Hyatt Place South Reno

At the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains, and steps from the Shayden Summit Mall, Hyatt Place South Reno is perfectly positioned just minutes from Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe Resort, Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, downtown Reno and Reno-Tahoe Airport. With stunning mountain views from each of the hotel’s 132 rooms and suites, the property is a perfect basecamp for adventure-seeking travelers and families looking to ski in the winter and hike and bike in the summer. Offering convenient, upscale amenities like complimentary daily breakfast, a 24/7 fitness center and golf club and ski equipment storage, guests can retreat to Hyatt Place South Reno after a day of adventure to gather around fire pits on the terrace, or to soak in the jacuzzi or expansive heated outdoor pool.

HomeDog

Opening in Denver this spring, HomeDog is an innovative and first-of-its-kind concept – a membership-focused community created for dog people and their furry companions. Merging a tech-enabled, pup-friendly coworking space with dog daycare and a bar/coffee shop, HomeDog offers an all-in-one experience that blends productivity and play. Perfect for pet parents who want to be part of a fun, social community with like-minded dog lovers, HomeDog memberships include access to a spacious, modern coworking space, professional dog daycare service, pet-friendly social activities that foster community and pop-up businesses and dog services from grooming and training to pet markets and food trucks.

Finch, On the Fly

Olive & Finch Collective, the group behind acclaimed “fine-casual” Denver eateries Olive & Finch and Little Finch, opened Finch, On the Fly, a grab-and-go kiosk at Denver International Airport (DEN). Located in concourse A, Finch, On the Fly offers the same high-quality, healthy and affordable fare that chef Mary Nguyen is renowned for in a quick and convenient location. Finch, On the Fly features familiar favorites alongside globally influenced flavors for a grab-and-go experience that’s both nourishing and delightful.

Leven Supply

The highly anticipated, fresh take on the neighborhood market, Leven Supply offers scratch-made sourdough pizza, naturally leavened breads, premium sandwiches and Mediterranean-inspired fare alongside hand-selected grocery items and affordable, approachable wines. Leven Supply is located in Denver’s Wash Park Supply retail center, and is open daily for lunch and dinner.

The Home Ranch

A historic property in the picturesque mountain ranching town of Clark, Colorado, The Home Ranch touts a completely rebuilt luxury western events facility for weddings, corporate retreats and other private events. The 3,000-acre family-owned ranch features a central Great Lodge with commercial kitchen, pool, spa and fitness center; lodging for up to 35 guests; and multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces for up to 250. Guests of the property enjoy a myriad of year-round activities including trail riding, cattle drives, fly fishing private stretches of the Elk River, trap shooting and archery, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, tours of The Farm’s greenhouses and much more.
