INFLUENCER RELATIONS & STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Influencer Relations & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for assisting the influencers and partnerships team with day-to-day account management efforts. This person will have the ability work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet client deadlines. They should have a strong desire to have a career in influencer and partnership marketing, and a drive to be part of a growing, nimble team at a boutique agency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One to two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills, and working knowledge of AP Style.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience using key social media channels and digital platforms, including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Yelp.
  • Understanding of how to negotiate partnerships and deliver a win/win solution for both parties.
  • Experience identifying and negotiating partnerships with local and national companies and brands a plus.
  • Strong organizational abilities and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of third-party influencer tools such as Klear, Tagger, CreatorIQ, etc. a plus.
  • Experience with social media monitoring and engagement.

 

DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client/Project Management:

  • Attend in-person and virtual meetings with clients, supporting agenda section review (those that align with your day-to-day initiatives).
  • Keep abreast of each client’s industry, competition and related social media presences.
  • Assist with coordination and staffing of media, influencer and general client events as necessary.

Influencers:

  • Research and follow new local and national influencers on a regular basis (with an emphasis on Instagram and TikTok) to determine potential partners for future collaborations while keeping clients top-of-mind through consistent engagement with existing influencer partners/connections.
  • Research and outreach for select influencer campaigns, as outlined by account leads.
  • Draft and manage influencer contracts (in partnership with account leads), including identifying the appropriate angle for each collaboration and drafting approved brand messaging specific to the amenities, packages, promotions, etc. the client desires to push.
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure it is on-brand, and aligns with each campaign’s overarching goal(s).
  • Assist with drafting detailed influencer briefings for clients prior to influencer collaborations.
  • Upload influencer partners into tracking software ahead of collaborations.
  • Capture coverage as it goes live and compile comprehensive reports at the conclusion of each campaign.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Assist with research specific to targeted partnerships, building lists for outreach, pitching appropriate contacts and helping to execute agreement, complete forms, conduct product drops, etc. as needed.
  • Assist with client event conception, development and execution, as needed.

Other reasonable duties as assigned: 

  • Understand public relations, and identify ways to integrate traditional media relations into integrated social media/influencer campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of new technology and tools that may be useful for agency’s influencer and partnership program, including affiliate links, streamlining referral codes, etc.

This position is remote with Denver-area candidates preferred.

Must be available Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST.

Occasional intra- and/or inter-state travel required to client meetings and events, sometimes requiring an overnight stay.

COMPENSATION: 

  •  Salary: $40K-$45K annually.
  • Three weeks paid vacation, plus one-week flex time between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
    • Increases to four weeks after three years of employment with the company.
  • Three paid volunteer days.
