New Year’s Eve at Local Jones

Local Jones, located within  Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek, will serve a specialty menu to ring in the new year on Sunday, Dec. 31. The four-course menu starts with the choice of a Winter Salad of lettuce gems served with chicories, poached pear, walnut, blue cheese, topped with a ginger vinaigrette; the signature Local Jones Caesar; or Celery Root and Parsnip Soup. A choice of Caviar Snacks with hashbrowns, crème fraiche, caviar, lemon, and chive; Gnocchi with winter squash, apple, boiled cider, and an amaretti cookie; Buttermilk Fried Quail; or a House-made Charcuterie and Cheese board is available for the second course. For the main course, guests can choose from a Smoked Pork Chop, New York Strip Frites, Seared Cod, or House Made Tagliatelle, including mushrooms, leek confit, topped with a two-year aged parmesan. The New Year’s Eve menu is finished with the choice of either Baked Alaska or Crème Brûlée. The Fort’s New Year’s Eve Celebration

Usher in 2024 at The Fort with dinner, tomahawk sabrage, and The Fort’s signature “Toast.” Only available on Dec. 31, the special three-course prix fixe New Year’s Eve dinner menu features The Fort’s dinner salad and freshly baked loaves of bread, followed by a four-ounce Chile rubbed buffalo filet and a five-ounce lobster tail, served with seasonal vegetables, and The Fort potatoes. Gold Rush New Year’s Eve Party at St Julien

The annual St Julien Hotel & Spa New Year’s Eve celebration will take place from 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. and will include live entertainment from Mannequin the Band, a premium open bar, passed appetizers, desserts, a balloon drop and a champagne toast. Guests are encouraged to dress according to the theme – gold dresses, suits or accessories like gold ties, bow ties and shimmery gold shoes. Tickets, starting at $149, can be purchased here.

Nocturne’s New Year’s Eve Gala,

Ring in 2024 at the annual New Year’s Eve Gala at Nocturne with the sounds of the Wil Swindler Quintet featuring Marion Powers. With two seating options to choose from, guests can start their night at Nocturne, or make Nocturne the final New Year’s destination to join the countdown to 2024.

  • Bar seating tickets are available with access to Nocturne’s à la carte menus and include a complimentary welcome cocktail. Available for $75 per person, early show bar reservations are available from 6-9 p.m. And, late show bar reservations, from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., are $105 per person, inclusive of a midnight champagne toast.
  • Dinner and a Show tickets include a welcome cocktail and a five-course dinner. Tickets for the early seating, from 6-9 p.m., are $195 per person, and late seating reservations, 1 p.m. to 1 a.m., are $245 per person, including a champagne toast at midnight.

Water Grill New Year’s Eve Dining

This New Year’s Eve, Water Grill invites patrons to don their finest attire with an in-house photobooth and enjoy an elevated evening out. Known for serving high quality seafood, the restaurant is offering a special four-course NYE menu with an optional $50 wine pairing. Boujee Board & Bottle at Postino WineCafé

Postino’s beloved Board & Bottle deal is getting a New Year’s Eve upgrade. This special deal features a mix-and-match board of Postino’s signature bruschetta plus a bottle of premium bubbles (Raventos I Blanc de Blancs Brut Cava) for $50 ($40 for Wine Cult members). Available from 5-11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Postino is encouraging guests to get festive and don their cocktail attire to ring in the New Year. Après Ski New Year’s Eve Party at Death & Co

Ring in 2024 with the highly anticipated return of Death & Co and The Ramble Hotel’s New Year’s Eve festivities. Champagne on Ice at Halcyon

Skate into 2024 with bubbles and bites at  Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek’s New Year’s Eve celebration. Located on the hotel’s rooftop, Champagne on Ice invites guests to an ice-skating experience in the clouds, featuring specialty drinks and a curated food menu from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31. New Year’s Eve Celebrations in Snowmass Village

On New Year’s Eve, visitors are invited to experience Snowmass Village’s Torchlight Parade and Fireworks for a night to remember. Beginning at 6 p.m., the Torchlight Parade welcomes skiers and snowboarders (must be eight years of age and older and at an intermediate level) to glide down the mountain decked out in red flares that illuminate the night sky and snow with a festive glow. To wrap up the fun, fireworks will launch at 10 p.m. over Aspen Mountain. While in town, guests can enjoy a variety of prix fixe and à la carte specials at local restaurants and bars, including TORO at Viceroy Snowmass which will offer live music, dinner and drinks (including an option for wine or bubbles pairing) from 6:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. The Collective, a community hub in Base Village, will also host a free, family-friendly celebration from 7-10 p.m. featuring DJ Tenza, party favors, an East Coast ball drop and a complimentary champagne toast. New Year’s Eve Celebration at Rhein Haus

New Year’s Eve Bachata/Salsa Party at Que Bueno Suerte

This New Year’s Eve, Que Bueno Suerte will host a Bachata/Salsa Party on Sunday, Dec. 31. The party will begin at 9:30 p.m., with dancing from 10 p.m. until 1:30 a.m. Guests will also enjoy drink specials and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight to celebrate the coming year.
