1. We’re a small agency that delivers BIG results.
We founded B Public Relations with the desire to offer industry leaders within the hospitality and travel fields targeted PR solutions, that deliver high impact and high value.
Prior to founding B, we each worked for various large agencies where we saw first-hand the need for a boutique agency model that marries the processes, thought leadership and high expectations of these large companies with the nimble, creative and relationship-based services that only a small, dedicated team can deliver.
2. Your success is our success.
We work with clients in whom we believe, and enjoy creating distinct, out-of-the-box solutions for each one; cookie cutter tactics don’t create the long-term relationships we aim to build with our clients. Our small agency approach allows us to become trusted extensions of our clients’ in-house marketing teams. We not only understand their marketing goals, but also their business and revenue goals, which, in turn, allows us to not only drive awareness, but also profitability.
We determine a set fee based on the work we’ve promised each client. We don’t bill hourly, because we want you to include us in not only PR meetings, but other meetings with your internal teams and creative partners so we can understand your business inside and out, and be a part of the problem solving process. We invest the time that most other agencies don’t, allowing us to develop the unique, interesting stories that are compelling to editors, their news outlets and ultimately, readers and consumers.
This is also what makes us a trusted resource to media. Anyone can pull statistics and amenities off of your website; it’s the interesting personalities, business models and creative approaches which take time to uncover that media really want, and look to true PR pros to deliver. Additionally, it’s these stories that their readers – and your target demographics – will care about. Impactful PR results in narratives, and interesting, behind-the-scenes stories, not rote facts.
3. We approach growth thoughtfully.
Just as we aim to create lasting relationships with our clients, we also look internally to grow with team members who are invested in our company and the industries in which we specialize. We’ve built our business around our team; we don’t hire simply to staff an account. We’d rather pass over new business than hire someone who isn’t the right fit to assist us in managing it. This benefits us, but also you, the client. In the same vein, we only work with clients we’re passionate about, who inspire us and have goals that PR can help fulfill.
People matter, and over the years working in different forms of PR, it has become clear to us that culture is largely created by the people you work with, and the people you work for. We take our culture seriously. That’s why we’re different, and that’s why we’re successful.
Our business is all about relationships, those with our team, the media and our clients. We believe these are sustained in two ways: By working together to accomplish great things, and through a respectful and enjoyable rapport.
